My T.O.S

Please read all my T.O.S before commissioning me. Any and all rules broken are not my fault and I reserve the right to stop our commission process at any time.

  • I work with individuals 18+ only

  • I reserve the right to stop our commission process at any time, providing a full or partial refund if needed

  • I may take a week—two weeks to finish your commission

  • I reserve the right to take breaks or time off during emergencies, if during a commission an emergency occurs you will be given a partial/full refund

  • You must pay full price at the being of commission, within 24-48 hours preferably

  • You will receive WIPS of your commission every other day (unless stated otherwise)

  • The typical WIPS include: checking your happiness with the sketch/outline -> line art -> flat colors -> full shaded/detailed piece/s

  • You may request changes during all stages pertaining to that stage (change of color on flat colors/pose change on sketch/etc)

  • You will receive no extra charge for changes requested during their specific stages

  • Major changes requested near the end stages (pose change/etc) will have a $4 fee

  • Any details I’ve missed/gotten wrong will be changed with no fee (as long as I was given the correct detail before the process)

  • I request you provide a clear ref sheet of your character/s, I will not work with AI images or stolen art

  • Please specify what you want clearly, I will ask questions if I have them

  • Please do not remove my watermark, and when posting my artwork anywhere you need to credit me (a simple “drawn by zombiecollie” is perfect)

  • I have the right to post my commission pieces on my socials, including the WIPS

  • If when commissioning me, you would like me to not post your comm publicly, please tell me in advance

  • When messaging me, please be aware I may take a day or two to respond (wiggle room for emergencies/health issues/etc)

  • I reserve the right to block/blacklist you if you: ghost me, cancel our commission in the middle of the process, are extremely rude, harass or threaten me, or are a repeat offender of all the above (I may blacklist/block you for other reasons not listed here if they come up)
